I am an empathetic, non-judgmental counselor who is passionate about meeting you where you are and helping you to discover your life’s purposes and find meaning in your life.
My goal is to lessen the weight that you carry and create a space for safety, creativity, respect and self-growth. I believe in the power of change and use mindful practices to help foster self-awareness and bring loving kindness to our deepest flaws as humans. I believe therapy is a challenging yet healing process.
To listen is to lean in, softly, with a willingness to be changed by what we hear.
My interests include yoga, hiking, swimming, tacos and reading.
