About Me

Hi there! My name is Allison Moran— my nickname is Alli. I was born and raised just outside of Philadelphia and yes, am a huge Phillies, Eagles, Sixers and Flyers fan! As the youngest of four girls, I feel like I was born listening and curious about people’s stories from as early as I can remember. After college, I taught kindergarten before starting a masters in counseling in Baltimore.

I am an empathetic, non-judgmental counselor who is passionate about meeting you where you are and helping you to find meaning in your life.

My goal is to lessen the weight that you carry and create a space for safety, creativity, respect and self-growth. I believe in the power of change and use mindful practices to help foster self-awareness and bring lovingkindness to our deepest wounds as humans. I believe therapy is a challenging yet healing process.

To listen is to lean in, softly, with a willingness to be changed by what we hear.
